Russ Elinson
Russ is a distinguished graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Before becoming an owner of Arjay’s Window Fashions, Russ rose to the position of Vice President at one of the largest window covering manufacturers in the Western United States. In this role, he led a national sales team, overseeing marketing and operations, and spearheaded the development of the company’s motorization and automation programs. Russ also managed the manufacturing of complex government and commercial window treatment projects installed nationwide.
With over 25 years of experience in the window treatment industry, Russ has a deep understanding of the mechanics and precise requirements of automated residential and commercial window coverings projects.
Professional Certifications and Memberships
John Edwards
John is a seasoned veteran of the window covering and window industry, with over 25 years of expertise. His unique background in energy and glass makes him a sought-after authority in the field. John’s enlightening articles on fenestration have been featured in renowned trade journals, and his contributions to training projects on energy and heat management have been invaluable. He has provided consulting expertise to architects, building engineers, utility companies, and even developed a training program for the Department of Energy.
John has held notable leadership roles, including Chairman of the Arizona Energy Management Council and President of a shading consulting and manufacturing company, extending his influence across regions. As the former Vice President of a prominent national window treatment manufacturer in California, he supplied chains nationwide.

John actively participates in the Consortium for Energy Efficiency and holds certifications from esteemed organizations such as the Building Performance Institute, Lutron, MechoShade, and Somfy Systems, among others. John also serves on the Board of Directors of the science non-profit Origins Project Foundation.
Donna Buice
Donna is an inspiring force within the management team, serving as Vice President and overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, Contracts, and Costco operations. She holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, with a focus on leadership and training. Her innate talent and passion as an interior designer, published author, and avid reader and writer infuses her work with creativity and innovation.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Donna is dedicated to national and international humanitarian projects. She also cherishes precious moments with her loved ones in Simi Valley, CA.
Anthony Pichnarcik
Anthony earned his B.S. in Finance & Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA from Western International University.
Professional Certifications and Memberships
As a Global Director for Honeywell Building Solutions, he achieved his Six Sigma Black Belt certification and led the successful development and deployment of a global Voice of the Customer (VOC) system. He also spearheaded the development and implementation of a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system for estimating, pricing, quoting, and approvals for HVAC, Fire, and Security solutions. This system, used by over 5,000 users across more than 70 countries, generated over $1 billion in orders.
